Since sniper rifles are mostly one-shot kill, I tend to aim centre mass, not for the head. I suspect
most rifle players do the same, hence the high accuracy, low headshot percentage you're seeing.

I find I get more headshots with the support class, as I start by aiming chest, and let the recoil ride
up to the head.

Ya, that makes sense. A high damage weapon doesnt need to be that accurate. So, may as well aim for the largest mass.
