Thanks Joe. I have an Asus P5Q-E motherboard so I'm good to go, but I always install the latest bios anyway.

Processor came, I took out the motherboard to install it and did some cosmetic stuff=1.5hrs. Getting windows to accept the change=8+ hrs. Gotta love Macrostuff! Oh, and it only runs DOD at up to 298 fps, BUMMER! 
The Dell deal is still the best deal in town, on processors, until the 31st, so if you are on the cusp of buying a processor, this might be the time.
